We also collect limited technical data automatically, including device type, browser, IP address, and basic usage analytics, to operate and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use your data to provide and maintain the Service, deliver AI-generated conversations, process payments, prevent abuse, send transactional emails (such as receipts and password resets), and improve performance and content quality.
3. AI Conversations
Messages you exchange with characters are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. Conversations may be stored to deliver Service features (history, export, room continuity). We do not sell your conversations and we do not use them to identify you publicly.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment information.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the Service (hosting, AI inference, email delivery, payment processing, analytics). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Explorer plan conversations are automatically purged after 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Security
